the CRUSTA RESERVA

Today's is a perfect sunny sipper with rum, pineapple, and a kiss of cherry.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Dark or Anejo Rum (We used Goslings Dark)
10ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
10ml Sugar Syrup
20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
30ml Pineapple Juice Crushed Almond and White Sugar for Glass Rim
Grapefruit Hersehend for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake well.
Strain into an almond/sugar rimmed stemmed goblet.
Garnish with a grapefruit horse head peel.

Now put the tropics in your mouth!
