The lovely boys at http://www.jacobys-tiki-bar.com/ in Sydney, Australia put up with us, feed us booze, bought us shots, and set shit on fire.
Highly recommend when you can.
While not one of their recipes (this one again from https://eaudevie.com.au), we were assured that you can set any drink on fire, if you really want to. They called it pirate style. And it goes a little something like this...
INGREDIENTS
50ml Citrus Vodka (We used Smirnoff Citrus)
20ml pineapple juice
20ml freshly squeezed lime juice 15ml
Triple Sec (Didn't have, used Cointreau)
15ml Falernum Syrup
5 fresh raspberries
DIRECTIONS
Muddle the fresh raspberries in your shaker, then add all the ingredients with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled and rimmed (with sugar/ground cinnamon) coupe glass.
Skewer a half lime rind (scooped out from juicing) and sprinkle brown sugar.
Balance across your cocktail.
Fill with 151 rum and LIGHT IT ON FIRE!
Turn the lights down low baby, and let the booze light your way.
Blow it out before it gets too crazy, and sip and enjoy.
