THE LANDING
INGREDIENTS
1oz Louis Royer Force 53 Cognac
(We used the clearly superior Divin Aroma 4 year in Crystal Glass Pegasus)
1oz Red Breast 12 year Irish Whiskey
(We used the tasty Jameson's Caskmates Stout Edition...barrel aged in stout casks...it's a beauty)
1tsp Massenez Creme de Pêche Liqueur
(We used this because of course we did...down & dirty version use Dr. McGillicuddy's Intense Peach Schnapps)
3/4oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2oz Cane Sugar Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
DIRECTIONS
Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a coupe. No garnish.
This one is crisp, boozy, and fresh...if you're a fan of peach this is a hit. Step aside, the Bellini.
