With the current pandemic, the state of the music and touring industry has dramatically changed. Where were you when everything was brought to a halt?
We were working on new songs for our latest record when everything skidded to a stop. I’m just a week flat, all our gigs were cancelled.
How has that affected your plans for the coming year? Did you have a tour planned, upcoming album release?
It put all our gigs on hold and forced us to consider how we were going to record our latest record and release it. We particularly migrated online to push our release.
What have you been doing to fill/make the most of your new-found free time at home? How are you supporting your mental health through all of this?
We are always in touch with each other online and talking about ideas. Jason and Alex have begun writing together lyrically as well with all the downtime. The band also made some videos together as well.
How are dealing with the Covid third wave?
We are taking it one day at a time and wishing everyone out there health and happiness. And of course, soothing our soul with some Willie Nelson whenever we can.

Hang in there make sure you crank some Waylon and Merle on those real tough days. We’ll be right there with you doing the same.
