With the current pandemic, the state of the music and touring industry has dramatically changed. Where were you when everything was brought to a halt?
We just finished recording our new LP.
How has that affected your plans for the coming months? Did you have a tour planned, upcoming album release?
We are still going to release our new album. Due out August 1, TODAY. But it has caused us to have to postpone tour plans until it’s safe to do so.
What have you been doing to fill/make the most of your new-found free time at home?
We spent a lot of time getting our masters sounding just right and tweaking the artwork to be exactly how we wanted it to look. Recently started practicing and writing new material as well.
What was the first thing you did/place you went to now the country is starting to slowly re-open?
The basement to practice!
Favourite Starlite Room Moment?
We haven’t had one yet. But are very much looking forward to the opportunity once things return to normal.
Do you have a message for everyone at home reading this?
Remember to be respectful and responsible when you’re leaving your house so that we can all return to some sense of normalcy in the near future.
