BBQ STREET COLADA
INGREDIENTS
45ml Goslings Dark Rum
30ml Char-grilled Pineapple Juice
15ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
15ml Monin Coconut Syrup
Pineapple chunks and sour cherries for garnish
1 Hollowed out Pineapple for mug
DIRECTIONS
Core a pineapple with your standard pineapple corer.
Don't go too deep or you risk a leaky street colada.
Sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
Grab a beer.
Fire up that BBQ.
Nice n hot.
That's the ticket.
Char the pineapple rings till nice and black and sizzled.
Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth...
will be a beauty applesauce-y consistency.
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Pour into your hollowed out pineapple, and garnish with all the things.
Now that's a party.
