Again pulling from the historic San Franciscan era of cocktail birth, Drinking The Devil's Acre gives us a fruity, herby, boozy libation worthy of a sup.

INGREDIENTS

3 lemon slices
3 lime slices
10 fresh mint leaves
3 small basil leaves
2oz spirit of choice
(we used 1oz Cacique Guaro from Costa Rica, and 1oz Cachaca Leblon from Brazil.
Both are sugar cane style almost rums)
1oz turbinado simple syrup
(just fancy brown sugar and water)

DIRECTIONS

Muddle the produce together in a mixing glass, then pour in the spirit and the simply syrup, add ice, and shake vigorously.
Pour all into a tall glass AND SMASH IT!

Tastes as close to spring as we gonna get today, and that is a good thing. So find your happy place, dye your hair fancy colours and stay the heck at home!
