Classic Tuesday!
Chad and Samara make a drink.
Specifically a by request homage to our beloved co-worker Edxon,
who as it turns out,
isn't totally full of baloney.

EDXON’S “PERFECT” MANHATTAN

INGREDIENTS:

2oz Rising Creek Bourbon Whiskey (thanks Jason!)
1/2oz Dolin Vermouth Blanc
1/2oz Martini Rosso

2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters (Chad's Version)

OR

2 dashes Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters (Samara's Version)

1 Jen's Veggie Patch Amaretto Tart Cocktail Cherry

DIRECTIONS:

Pour bourbon and vermouth over ice and stir gently till chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Add 2 dashes of your choice of bitters and 1 cherry for garnish.
Drink and complain.

The cherries are really something.
