Nestled just off of Jasper Avenue in Downtown Edmonton, The Starlite Room offers one of a kind experiences for any event. Catering to meetings, cocktail parties, meet and greets and more, the possibilities in this space are endless and we’re ready to cater to you. With over 18 years of experience in working with an eclectic client base, we know that each event is as unique as its guests and we have the skill set and resources to help you create a lasting experience.

Choose from one of our 3 event spaces each with its own layout and feel, ranging in capacity from 70-550 guests. We’re fully equipped with state-of-the-art sound, lighting and AV equipment, and have an incredible team of technicians to run everything for you!

Your guests will love the ease in which they’re able to travel to and from the venue, with our close proximity to public transit, parking, and hotels. With a fully equipped commercial kitchen on-site, we offer extensive catering packages ranging from pub style appetizers to dinner buffets featuring a menu that rivals some of the best restaurants in Edmonton.

LIVE STREAMS

One thing the COVID-19 Pandemic has taught is that sometimes LOVE doesn’t have to wait…

Take your Wedding, Family Function, Anniversary, Celebration of Life, pretty much any event, to a new level with live streams from Starlite Sessions. Stream directly to multiple platforms including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, and Vimeo to have your event shared with loved ones across the globe. Your event can be broadcasted publicly or host an exclusive invite only event.

With the Starlite Sessions team producing your event into a high quality video stream, the options are limitless to help you achieve your goals. When you host your event at Starlite Sessions, you can have up to 100 households all connected safely and comfortably via video chat. Plus, with three available stages and a crew of skilled technicians at your disposal, you can have live speakers rotating through on different stages at the Starlite Room, Temple Stage and River City Revival to deliver impactful content in a cohesive and interesting environment while maintaining the highest level of safety for everyone involved. Every guest at your online event can have the opportunity to participate and interact with the hosts on stage and every one of your guests will see the final and professionally produced stream, with you or your speaker/performer on stage, relevant content and graphics that you supply and current speakers on the video line. Plus River City Revival House can cater your live event as well as deliver catering (including wine) to up to 50 households in the Edmonton Area!

LIVE EVENTS

STARLITE ROOM

The Starlite Room is currently booking concerts and events for Fall 2021 and 2022. The Starlite Room has the ability to live stream your live event or concert international if the host or artist chooses this option during the booking process.

CONCERTS: If you would like to book a concert please contact us with as much information as possible, including attendance and location of previous gigs, date(s) of availability, (if touring, a list of other gigs within the tour), social media links etc. Due to the large amount of inquires we receive for bookings, often emails without enough information are not replied too.

EVENTS: The Starlite Room can host any event, from fundraisers to weddings, corporate events to festivals, celebrations of life to anniversaries. Catering available by Chef Felicia Winston with River City Revival House!
