With the current pandemic, the state of the music and touring industry has dramatically changed. Where were you when everything was brought to a halt?
Here in Vancouver. Not out on the road, luckily.
How has that affected your plans for the coming months? Did you have a tour planned, upcoming album release?
We have a western Canadian tour booked for the beginning of July. It hasn’t been cancelled yet, but we’re not holding our breath that it’ll happen. We have a brand-new record coming out real soon!! Don’t blink.
What have you been doing to fill/make the most of your new-found free time at home?
Digging into the depths of Spotify, re- finding music I forgot about and loving it all over again.
Favourite quarantine meal?
Shrimp tacos!!
Favourite Starlite Room Moment?
Opening for the Dreadnoughts last year. Was our only Starlite moment, but it was amazing. One of our favourite shows to date. Hyped up crowd, great sound and very cool layout of the room.
Do you have a message for everyone at home reading this?
Live music will be so much more amazing after this passes. Hang in there, folks. We’ll party again soon.
