With the current pandemic, the state of the music and touring industry has dramatically changed. Where were you when everything was brought to a halt?

We played The Station on Jasper the night before everything was officially shut down and you could feel change in the air. Not just from online support but from the attendees. Large gatherings were looked down upon, I think more news-wary people saw it coming much before we did!

How has that affected your plans for the coming months? Did you have a tour planned, upcoming album release?

We had an insane amount of shows planned for this summer! Everything from Spotlight Cabaret, Rock'n August Car Show, Out- of-Town Weekends and Large Festivals. Promoting our brand-new album (Coming out May 9th) as much as possible. EVERYTHING up to September has been cancelled or in the most positive cases postponed until 2021.

What have you been doing to fill/make the most of your new-found free time at home?

Most of the band are what is deemed essential workers, so the daily grind hasn't slowed up very much. But to fill the space of our jam sessions we have been plugging away independently on music videos to promote our new album as much as possible online. Also we are always writing music so there has been much back and forth of guitar riffs, bass lines and lyrics!

Favourite quarantine meal?

I do not speak on behalf of the band, but I'm a sucker for a plate of Chicken Wings!

Favourite Starlite Room Moment?

Opening for The Reverend Horton Heat!
