With the current pandemic, the state of the music and touring industry has dramatically changed. Where were you when everything was brought to a halt?
I was in Edmonton panicking in my room! So I threw it into practicing and making multiple internet friends.
How has that affected your plans for the coming year? Did you have a tour planned, upcoming album release?
It has only cause challenges. I'm still going to drop this EP! It just may take more time and it's going to be a more difficult process.
What have you been doing to fill/make the most of your new-found free time at home? How are you supporting your mental health through all of this?
I've been teaching music lessons, did Black Everyday with Arlo Maverick, dropped a single called In Tune and I did a show with J-Mello and a LOT of practicing in my room.
How are dealing with the Covid second wave?
I'm counting down the days until summer. I miss the sun and I want to go on walks again.
Do you have a message for everyone at home reading this?
You survived round one of Covid and I'm proud of you!! It's rough out there but I'm proud of you for sticking through it. Dance it out, give it a good cry, binge a snack and some Netflix. You can do it!
